Return Policy
Leasetaurant will accept the return of non-customized items based on the size. Items not exceeding 50lbs can be returned up to 30 days upon delivery. Equipment exceeding 50lbs can be returned up to 3 days upon delivery.
***Restocking Fees
Please note that a restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock.
***Returns for Commercial Customers
Items Under 50lbs – must be returned unused and in the original packaging. These returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Equipment Over 50lbs - must be returned in the original, unopened package, and unused condition that they were shipped in including the pallet. These returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
A return credit will be issued via check upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Any shipping charges paid at the time of processing will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due.
***Customer will also be responsible for securing a shipping agent to return the merchandise, plus all shipping fees incurred.
***Any special ordered products or products shipped directly from any manufacturer must be issued by our Customer Returns Department. Please call (888) 980-6951 for any concerns.
